The standard PLC based control panel with a 10” colour touch-screen is also used to monitor and record the SaniFlame's performance. Primary and Secondary Chamber temperatures are automatically logged and graphed on the trend screens. Oxygen levels are measured and recorded. The collected information can be easily downloaded for permanent storage.
The PLC inside the control panel includes an Ethernet communication module which allows the system to be monitored from a personal computer or using the internet for remote monitoring. This is a useful and cost effective method of remote troubleshooting by the BurnsClean technicians.
